SafelyAboard · A 7-day program
7 days to your flight
Each day: a clear, sourced explanation of one part of flying, one practical self-help technique, a short exercise and a takeaway for your flight, with a calm guided audio track. About 20 minutes a day, finishing on the day you fly.
One-time payment with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Is this for you?
- You have a flight coming up and the dread is already starting, days or weeks before.
- You'd rather understand what's really happening than be told to "just relax".
- You want something you can do in about 20 minutes a day, at your own pace, without an account or appointments.
- You'd like a plan for the day itself: what to do at the gate, at takeoff and when it gets bumpy.
It isn't therapy and it isn't a cure. It's clear, sourced information and simple self-help tools. If fear of flying is seriously affecting your life, please talk to a doctor too.

Questions, answered honestly
Is this therapy? Will it cure my fear of flying?
No, and no promises. It's an education course: it explains how flying works, with sources, and teaches simple self-help techniques the NHS recommends, such as slow breathing, worry time and grounding. Many people find that understanding what's happening makes flying feel more manageable, but we can't promise any result. If fear of flying is seriously affecting your life, the NHS suggests speaking to a doctor; talking therapies such as CBT can help.1
My flight is in two days. Is it too late?
Not at all. Do Day 1 and Day 2 today, read Day 3 (the sounds of a normal flight) tomorrow, and use Day 7 and the takeoff track on the day. The rest will still be there for your next trip.
Is it a subscription?
No. It's one payment of $29. Nothing renews, and the program is yours to keep, including for future flights.
My flight is weeks away. When should I start?
Whenever you like. Some people read it all now and then repeat the days in the week before they fly. The days don't expire, so you can go at your own pace and come back to them before every trip.
What's the audio like?
Each day has a calm guided track of about 6 minutes: slow breathing together, a walk through that day's idea, and the technique practised with you. There's also a 2-minute takeoff track and a track for when it's bumpy. The voice is computer-generated, and every track has a full written transcript.
Does it work in airplane mode?
Yes, once you've saved it. Open the audio & offline pack page on the phone you'll fly with while you're online and tap "Save for airplane mode". The audio, your flight-day plan and the day pages are then stored on your phone.
Do I need an account? What do you store?
No account. Your access is remembered on your device, and after buying you get a personal link to open it on other devices. Your progress and your check-in ratings stay in your browser only; we never receive them. See our privacy policy.
Can you advise me about medication for flying?
No. We don't give medication advice. Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
What if it isn't for me?
30-day money-back guarantee: if the program isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
I joined the early-access waitlist. Do I have to pay?
No. Early-access members get the full program free on the device they signed up with. Thank you for being early.
Free tools you can use any time
Whether or not the program is for you, these stay free: a day-by-day plan for the week before your flight, a turbulence outlook for your route, guided breathing and a two-minute quiz to see what worries you most.
