2. Not professional advice
Content is for general information only. It is not aviation, legal, medical, mental-health, insurance or travel advice. For fear of flying, consider speaking with a qualified professional.
3. No ratings or guarantees
We do not rate, rank or score airlines, operators or aircraft, and nothing here is a statement about the safety of any particular flight. Tail number data comes from public FAA and NTSB databases and may be incomplete, out of date or contain errors; N-numbers can be reassigned between aircraft.
4. Your submissions and automated answers
Answers on "Ask SafelyAboard" are generated automatically from our articles and the FAA and NTSB sources they cite. They are not written or reviewed by a pilot or any other person, may contain mistakes, and are for general information only. If you send a question and tick "OK to publish", you allow us to publish it (without your name or email) with its automated answer. Please don't submit anything confidential or personal.
5. Buying "7 days to your flight"
The full "7 days to your flight" program is a one-time purchase ($29 one-time). There's no subscription and nothing renews. After you pay, the whole program opens in your browser, and you get a personal access link to open it on your other devices. Please keep that link to yourself.
Checkout is run by Stripe. Purchases are sold through Link, Stripe's payment service, which acts as the reseller (merchant of record): it charges you, works out and collects any sales tax or VAT, and emails your receipt. Your card statement will show LINK.COM*. Link's own checkout terms also apply to the payment itself.
Days 1–2 are free with just your email, so you can see whether the program suits you before you buy. It's an education course, not therapy or medical treatment, and we can't promise any particular result.
6. Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee
If the program isn't right for you, email hello@safelyaboard.com within 30 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked. Please include the email address you used at checkout so we can find your purchase. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You can also ask Link support for a refund. Your legal rights, such as any cooling-off period where you live, are not affected.
7. Third-party links, ads and affiliates
We link to third-party sites, show ads, and may earn commissions from affiliate links. We're not responsible for third-party content, products or services.
8. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site — for example by scraping it at high volume, attempting to break it, or using it to harass anyone.
